Returns

We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

Return process

To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To do so, simply contact us at [email protected] to request a return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, we do not cover shipping expenses when you return the package to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

A refund is made within a maximum of 15 days after receiving the returned package, however we make every effort to ensure that it is made quickly as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

My item has a defect

If your bag has a defect upon receipt, we invite you to contact us directly via the address [email protected] and send us photos of the problems encountered, so that we can offer you the most suitable solution.
